Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. The program

These terms apply to everyone who joins the NextPartners affiliate program ("you", the "Partner"). By signing up you agree to them.

2. Joining

Every application is reviewed. We may accept or decline any application, and may close an account that breaks these terms.

3. Commissions

You earn commission under the deal agreed with your manager (revenue share, CPA or hybrid). Net revenue means player losses, minus bonuses, minus admin fees. There is no negative carryover: each month starts at zero.

4. Payments

Commissions are paid monthly once the minimum payout is reached, by the payment method you choose in your account. You are responsible for your own taxes.

5. Allowed marketing

You must only promote to adults in countries where the products are allowed, and follow local advertising rules. Spam, misleading claims, brand bidding, incentivised traffic and fake sign-ups are not allowed.

6. Fraud

Commission from fraudulent, duplicate or self-referred players will not be paid.

7. Responsible gaming

You must not target minors or vulnerable people and must show responsible gaming messages where local rules require them.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will tell you by email. Either side may end the agreement at any time with written notice.
