Let's start with what you came for.
On revenue share you earn a cut of the net revenue from every player you refer, for as long as they play. Your rate is set by how many new depositing players you send in a month, starting at 25% and going up to 50%.
Net revenue = player losses, minus bonuses, minus admin fees.
